What Is Actually Inside
Ask what a mattress is made of and the answer usually involves polyurethane and a proprietary blend. Vispring's answer is fleece wool from British sheep, horsetail hair, cotton, calico, steel and, in the Luxe collections, cashmere and silk. The fillings are hand-teased so the fibres stay lofted, and hand-tufted so they stay where they were put.
How the Bed Is Made
